Questions about plans
What counts as a page audited?
Each URL we fetch and check, in a single audit or a crawl, counts as one page. If a crawl finds fewer pages than it reserved, the rest go back to your monthly allowance.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan only needs an email address.
What happens when I reach my limit?
New audits pause until your allowance resets next month or you change plan. Existing reports stay available.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes, at any time from Settings. Upgrades apply straight away and billing is prorated.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export every report first. After cancelling we keep your data for 90 days, then delete it.
How do payments and refunds work?
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who also deal with sales tax and VAT. If you are unhappy in the first 30 days of a paid plan, we refund you.
